We cannot accept returns. We provide photos and detailed descriptions of each item available for purchase. Our local clients love the items they purchase from our showroom & most of our business is generated through word of mouth and repeat customers, which gives us great confidence in the quality of the unique items we make available for purchase online. However if you are not 100% convinced that you are going to love the item you just put in your cart, it may be best to hold off on the purchase as we cannot accept returns. 

If an item arrives damaged and the damage was clearly the fault our shipping partners we will replace it with a like item of equal value or issue a refund. Refund / replacement requests must be made within 2 business days of receipt and be accompanied by photo documentation of the damaged item.
